There is no doubt that a great team can make all the difference in an individual’s career. Back Office AS Team Building was held last 29th of July, 2022 with the 2 hours-long journeys at Wilcken Beach House, Samal Island, Davao City. This activity is an annual tradition for Back Office AS. It helps strengthen our relationship as colleagues but more importantly as a family.
Back Office AS is built upon a foundation of collaboration between employees, from getting work done to after-work social events. A lot of importance is placed on values that represent a family. For us, our extended families serve as colleagues and clients. A great team is made up of individuals who work together, respect each other, and share the same values. We have a teamwork that creates a healthy work-life balance.
We organized games like amazing race or pipeline games are a fun, exciting, and bonding experience that will help foster camaraderie among our team members. Food is often an important part of the team-building process. We found that after-work socials are a good way to break the ice and bring the office together to have fun and relax.
Going to the beach and encourage each other to take photographs and share them on social media was a way to save good memories. Another nice idea we did was a karaoke night where everyone sings their favorite songs together with beers & wines and we challenges each other for the best singer to get prizes.
